PRIVATE PARTIES

$450.00 is the minimum price for a private party. This price includes 10 rentals, 10 field fees paid, 10 all day airs, 1 referee, and 5000 rounds of field recreational paint. Each additional player over the first 10 will be charged $30.00 and will include the same package as the first 10 players, regardless if players have their own equipment or not.

 When paying individually, a total cost will be combined and divided by the number of players participating, to calculate an individual price per player.
 

  • Private parties are field Paint Only.
  • Parties may be scheduled for Saturdays or Sundays.
  • Minimum number for private parties is 10. *( you can still participate with less than 10 players, however; the $450.00 is still required and no refund will be given for less players).
  • A non-refundable $100.00 deposit is required to schedule play date.
  • Party planners are required to confirm go ahead and amount of players they will actually have within one week of  scheduled play date. (this is the amount of people you will pay for, unless the number is bigger on the day of the event) If you schedule 50 players and 35 show you will still pay for  50 players.
  • Deposit non-refundable for people that do not show up.
  • Rates include scheduled play between the hours of 9 am to 4 pm.
  • Reservations are required at least 2 weeks in advance.
  • Bad weather may require rescheduling.
  • Packages come with rentals, regardless if players have their own equipment.
  • Extra paint will be available on location, sold at regular field prices.
  • Maximum rental packages available is 60, number of players with their own gear is unlimited.
